From all the stories that I've read about tom and bill meeting in school this is probably the best one! It's really detailed and finally they meet eachother's parents! Plus they fly togheter to new York just to stay close to each other. It would be great if u made another chapter tho or maybe a sequel where they meet the whole family other than that i've really liked tbis story!!

Okay, so I get that this fic is old and you realize that there are mistakes, but I really have to point this out. It is IMPOSSIBLE to overdose on weed. Can not be done. So the part about the girl being hospitalized after eating all those brownies irked me a bit. In RL, if she was hospitalized, it would have been due to her body having an adverse reaction to the drug but not the drug itself. Also, the "so high she went into a coma" is another bit of made-up medical crap. I don't mean any offense to you (will you even read this? Lol) but I wanted to let you know :) as an EMT I get a bit obsessive over incorrect stuff like this.
But otherwise, I'm really enjoying the story!!
Author's Response: Meh. As a teenager in the 12th grade, I doubt that Tom would know that the coma was caused by a reaction to the weed as opposed to the weed itself. Don't be irked, what you mistook as my ignorance about marijuana is actually just Tom's ignorance of weed science. He's an 18 year old kid who was sent to Canada for his delinquency, he's not exactly the brightest bulb on the chandelier. It's okay, I take no offence. I wrote this a long ass time ago when I did actually smoke weed (a lot of it) and I never went into a coma. Like you said, it's fiction.

1) Despite the fact that I've been noticing a lot of mistakes, I'm actually enjoying this fic quite a bit ;)
2) The people in Quebec don't have sticks up their asses. They are, in fact, really friendly. More friendly than most.
3) It's nice to have a fic with a setting in Canada... it's mostly in Europe or America; which I don't mind, but it's nice that I'm familiar with most of it since I am Canadian ^^
.... Though I'm finding some of the stuff in here a little inaccurate O.O

ok so, i get home from school and go to my room to read a little. I stumble upon this and start reading until the tenth chapter because i have a lot of homework to do... i tale out my notes and i read ¨logic: 10 page essay about the world of philosophy. due to next thursday¨ ive never done an essay before and dont even know where to start so i just groan and come back to read more... i have a week to do it after all (procrastination is the way i get my work done).... shalala a chapter of hppy reading and yhen this chappy about an essay .... oh god, i started kicking my legs and mumbling nonsense... it was AMAZING :D thanks for making my day in a really weird way :)
