This was a really cute beginning! I hope you won't give up on it but continue writing. It sure has potential! I thought you were going to let them flirt longer, but man... not sad you had a quick go of it. Although I do feel it's hinted at that they've been eyeing each other across the street for some time. Seems to be a really cute fic this! Although it feels like it has the potential to ge either which way with drama or humor or just romance. Neither a bad thing! I really hope to see more of this!
