I think the blackmailer is Andreas.
I think Bill should talk to Tom, before making any decision to give in to the blackmail. This was very stupid of him. I know that he is a teenager and not thinking clearly and concerned about Tom, but cannot help but be disappointed in such a rush decision. I really hope Bill will not do anything too stupid but fear that he will.
