Damn.... But I really like the idea of the Line and you are using it well here. It was very interesting to actually read of how they started with it and it brought some extra light to the world they live in and to the plot. But damn cliffhanger, I really don't want to wait for more... :D

This was such a good chapter. Poor Georg must wonder just what he's going to discover next about his pair and his twin...and the problem with him expecting twins. I had to laugh when Bill and Tom first started using the Line and Bill was scolding Tom about not doing his homework. And now I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for the next part. What the hell did the officials to do Bill to make him late meeting with Tom and why does he look so pale? I'm hoping for another speedy update. Please.

Okay...question. I thought the government only allowed one pair of twins to live per year (was that the right amount? I don't want to go back haha)...would they get rid of them while they were still pregnant...or after they're born? It's a guarantee that Bill and Georg's twins will be born?
Author's Response: The rule is one pair per month. And no, the government controls everything about a pregnancy, men and women both. So yes, it is a 100% guarantee that these twins will be born.

Very good chapter. You fit lot in one chapter, but in a form that it didn't feel rushed or vague. I knew the goverment had their own "missions" here and yes, "missing" would be a great name for those people breaking the law... or "protocol". Good job!

I don't know who all is reading this story, but I know some people aren't native English speakers, so I want to break it down slowly and thoroughly for everyone. Aaaegh, cliffhanger! Luckily (?) I am behind enough in this to jump right to the next chapter. You are really building here a conspiracy or some sort of sick motive behind this all. I might be as frustrated as Georg since I don't understand why twins act like they do, but I know there will be answers, so no problem.
Btw, I really like the mpreg theme here - eventhough I've never read Georg!preg before. I need some time to adjust to it, but then again, it's also a refreshing change. Bill and Tom seem to be in classical roles, which is definitely not a bad thing. I love top read them in character (well, at least in fictional chatacter).
Can't wait to read what twins have in mind in a next chapter. :)

That's awful that twins are being bred to work as spies for the government to root out those who don't comply with the rules. No wonder Bill was upset that Georg was having twins; he doesn't want his babies to have the kind of life he and Tom had and to be used like that. Poor Georg being told all this; he will be so frightened for his unborn children. I still really like how you interweave the flashbacks with what's happening in the present. I'm really interested now to find out what they're all going to do to try and protect those babies.

It's interesting that Bill's the good kid at home, but the rebel when he's at the HCC. At home, Tom's always running off, but then he shows the most promise and gets the better job with the gov't. I guess it makes sense that he wouldn't have a pair because that'd be somebody he could share secrets with. I guess they believed Bill when he pretended to not know Tom's thoughts? I mean, if Tom's not supposed to share their secrets, but Bill knows what's going on in Tom's head, it's still like sharing, kinda... you know? Or maybe they gave him Georg so he'd be happy and wouldn't be a threat. Or so they think. XD I'm waiting anxiously to see what happens next!
