The last three or so scenes of this installment become even more poignant (if that's possible) when listening to that song in the background.

You know, I'm sure I've read this series before because I feel like my hearts is breaking for both the twins. My memory is getting so much worse every year. I'm sure I've read everything you've ever written so I must have read this. :) I'm sorry for my bad memory but when it allows me to reread your stories from a fresh perspective then I'll accept it. Love this and I will soon start reading the next part. :)

Damn girl, thanks a lot *wipes away tears*. I feel like someone stabbed me and not only that, but twisted the knife in a wound, too. :)
This was worth of all waiting I had to have, so perfect, painful angst. Killing me inside. Toying with the worst fears and weakest spots in me. It just....hurt. All the way from the beginning to an end.
I don't know what to say. Using the biggest fear of all - them growing apart, not knowing each other anymore - was clever and things like TOM mug as a symbol of their relationship beautiful.
Slowly breaking into pieces, separating, denying the ultimate bond they have.... it really was a rollercoaster. And sadness, a certain melancholy as a feeling above it all.
Thank you. I mean it. Write to last(?) story soon, because I might not be able to take this sadness for too long. Oh, I just want to squeeze the poor babies.

No, I haven't read this yet, but I just stopped by to say that I'm saving this for a special occasion, because I really want it to be when I FEEL like I want to dive into this universe, nobody is interrupting me, I have a mug of hot tea and it's dark and night and snowing outside.
I'm just waiting for that moment, because I want to really feel this. You know I do. :)

Omg... The twins being separate, whatever the reason is so, so, so sad... =( This is heartbreaking! You’re definitely one of the best at writing angst... this is so powerful and intense! The way you describe everything feels so real... I felt kinda claustrophobic along the twins while reading this. I don’t think I’ve ever been sadder for Tom while reading a fic! I really hope they can fix things and have the happy ending they deserve! I really can’t wait to read the next part. =)

Oh, my heart almost broke, and then I read there will be a fourth story coming. I'm so glad of that! I love the depth of your writing, just not sure I could handle an unhappy ending to this beautiful series. I felt so claustrophobic right before Tom asked Bill that question, and I kept thinking about how much of it is forced on them from outside, and how much is their own creation. Really interesting but painful to read, and I was kinda hoping that Jenny already knows and accepts and it would ease that feeling a little bit... Don't worry about taking time to write these, it's really an excellent, heart-wrenching series!
Author's Response: There will definitely be a fourth. I could never leave them so broken up (and separated) like this. I'm so happy that you're enjoying them (even with the angst), and also happy that you don't mind waiting. Writing in this style takes a lot out of me, so all of the stories tend to go slower than the one before. Hopefully it won't take until next Christmas to finish the series. <33333

My heart is breaking for Tom and Bill. This is so messed up and heartwrenchingly angsty. I really hope they manage to find each other again. *sniffs* I think I feel even worse for Tom than for Bill. Derek is right. Tom has done a lot of accomodating around Bill. Bill is the one that kept leaving him and now it was the other way around, can't wait to find out what you're planning for next.
