Author's Response: There were several reasons. I decided to 'leave the fandom' back in late July- but I think all I needed was a break from the drama and everything to do with the darker and more dishonest part of the fandom that was crushing me. I don't consider myself 'back', yet, but there is something important I learned about this fandom: once you're in, you can't leave- and you can't even try to kid yourself XD There was a very long, drawn-out note about it put into my notebook on livejournal (link is in my THF profile)

I was so sad when I found out you were leaving (your reasons justified, I know. I read). But I'm glad that you were able to come back to this. (I feel kinda shitty for lurking in your personal posts, but what I can say to someone who doesn't really know me?)

I'm not kidding--- totally crying happy tears at the ending scene, because I am as proud of him there as Tom himself is.
Now all Bill needs is to have Adam back! ;___;
Having his twin is perfect, but having Adam back would just make the rest of his life. Bill needs to have that wave of love surround him, unconditional and without restraints.
