This world you've created, this Tom and this Bill and this someone called Daniel, are haunting and stark and now that I've gotten a glimpse I'm hungering to know more. Beautiful, precise writing. Might there be a sequel in the works? *puppy dog eyes*

Author's Response: thank you very much! as for a sequel, i can't promise anything. sorry. but thanks for the review. :)

So, I guess I'm gonna be a bit mean now, and say I really don't like Daniel/Tom. It's nothing personal, really, it's just that Tom's place is with Bill, and when he left Bill to go back to Daniel, it honestly broke my heart :(

Over to the story, i really really liked it! It's so sad, but somehop hopeful too. Tom does promise he'll get stronge enough, after all, one day.. The writing style was strange at first, but as I continued reading, it just made sense, you know. It was like it was the only right way to tell the story. And, as people have said before me, your Tom charachter is amazing! So fragile, it's heartbreaking.. :( The boy needs love, and we're all here to give it to him, Bill included! ;)

Great story! I really wouldn't mind a sequal.. Tom's break to freedom, perhaps? 'Cause we all know...he belongs be with Bill!

Author's Response: ah, i remember being that much of a Bill/Tom shipper. guess they're just not my OTP anymore, sorry. of course i don't take offense that you don't care for Daniel/Tom! thank you very much for the review. :)

Oh, I humm a humming of pleasure again. You do it so beautifully every single time.

I loved the glimpse you gave us. The world you wrote about. I see how I'm getting blind to all the others except for Tom and this fic really provres that. I loved your Tom, I truly, madly fell in love with this Tom. If it's the fragileness, the weakness, the stubhborn, fucked up kid he was, that I don't know, but I did. As much as it burns to see him get abused, I also enjoy it in a weird way. And the drifting back and forth, going back again and again and again.

This tasted like a life. A sick, distorted life, but I think the same feeling - in a way - we all go through at some point in our lives.

Thank you again! And now I'd want to hug your Tom :)

Author's Response: and you review so beautifully every single time. ;) thank you very much for your kind words. (:

You know, this is gonna sound ridiculous but well, I'm feeling kind of silly tonight so I'll say it anyway:

If I had a vuvuzela, dear, I would wake the entire district just to cheer and praise your talent.

Unfortunately (or fortunately for my neightbors), I do not, so my words will have to do - this is amazing, really, and the best birthday present I've gotten in a while!

Beautifully done, tragic in a way, and so very well written. You've got your own style, and I'm completely addicted.
Poor Tom... I feel for him. and I kinda want to hug him right now. Hard. I love your AUs, you know? ^_^

You've corrupted me. I love you for it. xD

Absolutely amazing story, as usual, and I've gotten to the point where I can't find anymore words to say, so I'll just bow, deeply and thank you for that great birthday present.

Author's Response: Screw our neighbors--I sing you a happy birthday song and you, uh, praise my talent. xD thank you very much for the review, and it was a pleasure to write this for your birthday. :)

God, this was intense! It's awful, tragic and horrible and I love every well formed sentence of it. I think these characters and this plot deserves a sequal one-shot. I hope your muse tells you to jump right on it!

Author's Response: Well, I'll see what I can do about it. Thank you so much! :)

I so loved this. Your writing is kind of addictive you know? I can't get the thought of it out my head now. It opens all these thoughts and paths and I can't wait to see if you continue this.

Author's Response: Eeeep. Thank you so much! :)

Oh, I loved this. I love your fic, they're always a little dark and a little sad and the characters really compelling.

Author's Response: Oh, thank you so much. :)

I have always loved your writing style although in this one I feel as if I'm missing something big, like we picked up only half-way through the story :/

Still an awesome story

Author's Response: Thank you. (:

:( Poor Tom and Bill. Why did Bill take the money back and tell the doorman not to let Tom in?

Author's Response: lol, because Bill had thought his feelings were returned but Tom wasn't there when he woke up. Thanks for the review!

Oh, my. Wow. I think I'm in love with Daniel/Tom, too. It's so very twisted, and needing, and nefarious.
I liked the writing, too. It's all written over in sepia work, it seems. Narration and temporal plane jumps, here and there, just make the whole thing some much better.
Do we get to read anything else about Daniel, ever again?

Author's Response: Oh, I don't think I'm quite ready to let go of Daniel just yet, but we'll se. ;) Thanks for the review!

Aw, this was awesome. I'm sorry you're getting reads and no reviews, this was one of the better things I've read on THF in QUITE a while.

I loved this.

Author's Response: Heh, I'm used to the reads-but-no-reviews thing. It doesn't bother me. But thank you very much for your review! :)
