Wow, I enjoyed reading this story so much. Tom was such an interesting character, I don't think I've ever read about a Tom like this but I liked it a lot! I liked Bill as well, and I love how he's not perfect and got some clear flaws even when he's super sweet. I also really liked how Tom's parents weren't all "of course he can live here" and blah, like they actually thought about their son first, and that's good because that's what parents do, but they didn't just want to kick Bill out either, they were just looking out for their son and wanted Bill to get help from someone else, someone professional. I liked that.
The ending wasn't what I had expected, but I'm also not sure WHAT I was expecting, so it doesn't matter. It was sweet and hopeful and I'm glad those two are doing good now, they deserve a happy ending :)
Lovely story, I liked it a lot!
Author's Response: Thank you very much for taking the time to review! I always appreciate your reviews a lot and I'm glad you enjoyed the story! :))) Thank you~

What a wonderful story! The boys are perfect, the storyline is interesting and the style of writing is really good. Bravo on taking on an important social issue of teens' drug use and showing that love and support may help a stumbled person. Great story!
Author's Response: Thanks very much! And thank you in general for taking the time to review all of my stories! I greatly appreciate it and I'm glad you enjoyed my work enough to read so many stories ^_^

THIS IS JUST WONDERFUL THAT I WANT TO CRY. YOU ARE PERFECT. THIS STORY IS PERFECT. TOM IS PERFECT. BILL IS PERFECT. AND I can sooo fucking relate. It drives me wild that you made Tom so aware of his white male privilege and how he wants to help suicidal teenagers. I ACHE at the thoughts of these Kaulitz twins, because they mesh so well. UGH KLJLEKEJEJKL, you are amazing! I just HAD to review,
Author's Response: You could say it's totally unrealistic for Tom to be so aware of himself/his privilege, but heck I was aware of stuff like that in high school. There have to be *some* good guys out there, right? Sometimes I think I made Tom a little *too* good in this story but there's nothing wrong with wishful thinking sometimes~ Anyway, I'll not go off on a rant of my own. xD I'm glad you liked the characters anyway and that you could relate to them! Thank you <3!

i like the whole idea of being able to jump from group to group...when i went to high school, people would never think of doing that...and bill likes tom...no surprise there considering how sweet he is...
Author's Response: It's weird, my high school was like Tom's, but it seems like most schools aren't like that. xD In high school I was friends with stoners, losers, partiers, band geeks, art kids, and so on. Pretty much everyone except the stuck-up 'popular kids', ie jocks and cheerleaders; they stuck to themselves.
Heh, when I was writing this story my goal was basically to write Bill and Tom as the most sickeningly sweet and affectionate friends ever xD

I got so distracted by the mention of the Wii I couldn't stop smirking. I blame a fic I read where the Wii controller features rather um.. predominantly.
Anyway, on to an actual review. I'm really loving your story. I like your Tom who is not afraid to show affection even though he identifies as straight. I mean, really, how many supposedly straight guys would be happy to drape themselves over another guy? It's so heartachingly sweet. I love it.
Author's Response: Thanks! I rather like this characterization of Tom as well. I have a soft spot for super sweet Toms ;3

*snorts in amusement* I particularly liked that hitching up his pants bit. This was an awesome fic. It kinda went in a different direction than I expected at the beginning and from the blurb, but it was great in spite of that.
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it; it definitely took a different direction than I was expecting too.
