Are you taking creative license with this? Laryngitis is not damaging to the extent of permanence. You might want to put that info in your authors notes that for the sake of the story you're saying it is.
Author's Response: No, I'm not taking creative licence, but I read that if the case is bad enough and you don't get it treated, then laryngitis can make permanent damage. Thanks, still, I'll see if I can remember to mention that in my author's notes next time.

Just to point something out, though, whistling is just moving air, it doesn't require the use of vocal chords. I thought you might like to know. ^^

Oh man. I never read WiP's. Never. I just don't. But I saw the summary for this one, and seeing a Gustav-centric gen fic was too good to pass up.
And this was FANTASTIC. All four of the guys are beautifully written here. I giggled at Tom and Bill pestering each other, and Georg dumping water on Tom. I love the description of Georg being the laid-back big brother of the group, because that's exactly how I see him. I loved the slow build up of Gustav getting worse, and the other guys getting more and more worried about him. And the end of the chapter definitely left me on the edge of my chair! This really was delightful, and I can't wait for the next chapter.
