So as I've mentioned on other reviews, I came into the TH and THF game late - the vast majority of stories I've read are over a decade old and I'm sure the authors have moved way on, and probably wont even see new reviews, BUT, why not shoot one over anyway....
OH MY GOD THIS STORY!!!!!!!! Probably the best/funniest part of this is originally I was reading fic on AO3, and first saw this there. I was REALLY green with the whole TH fic inside-dope and didn't know sh*t about which were the 'famous' stories and the highly regaled authors... so when I read the summary for this I clearly remember scoffing, like, "Tom goes on a cruise. Seriously?" LOL.... But as time went by and I was so f*cking impressed and in love with your other works, I was like, "has any Fyredancer fic let you down yet?" So I read it. And boy did I read it. It consumed every waking moment, I was reading it even at stop lights lmao. This story is SO original, SO thought out, SO realistic (in that long lost twins are instantly drawn to each other way), SO damn well written.... I've re-read it like 5 times? Like every few dozen stories on THF I'll come back to it, its to the point I wish I could erase my memory of it so I could experience it again like it was the first time. I LOVE how Bill was so cute, and kinda shy, and still so persistent to get to know Tom. I love how Tom softened up and saved/took care of drunk Bill. Their first kiss with the grapes- good lord. So good. I wanted it to just go on forever, one of those 700k beastly stories. I have a TON of your work favorited and as I mentioned, I'm trying to back-log through and review at least those- the favorites. My progress isn't fast but I'm getting there, whether these will all be read or not. Due to my initial stupidity of not reading this story immediately it had to be the first of yours to gush about. Just know your work is incredible and so professional. I have literally zero complaints.

So this is a suuuuper old story, but I just HAD to leave you a review. It's been a long time since I was completely captivated by a multi-chaptered story like this, but I binged it all in a day because I'm stuck in quarantine, so what better time. Absolutely LOVE this. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I never wanted it to be over.

I've sort of been out of the Tokio Hotel world for years now, but a few days ago I just thought of this story all of a sudden and just had to find it and re-read it! I don't know where the thought came from, but I do believe everything happens for a reason. I also know this story made me a lot happier than I was a few days ago :) Thank you yet again for a wonderful reading experience and this lovely chance to reminisce the good old times!

I've had this story on my "to read list" for ages, and I really mean ages, but for some reason I've never actually read it, then a friend of mine recommended it when I was complaining that I didn't have anything to read, so I thought, why the hell not?
I liked this story a lot, it was very sweet and I really liked your characters, the way you made Bill and Tom was great, I could totally imagine them like this and they felt very realistic with their flaws that made them not perfect but lots of charming sides that made you love them anyway. Bill was absolutely adorable and Tom was very interesting.
I loved how you showed how much finding the right person can change you, the way Tom became much nicer when he was happy, and how he surprised the people around him with it made me love him even more, but he still didn't lose his character which you should have lots of creds for, few writers can make them change like that and still keep their character, so bravo!
The end was very surprising, a little disappointing maybe since you had let the tension about if they were twins or not grow for very long and then we never got to know, but it was also the best way to leave it, so don't take me wrong, it was brilliant really and I'm really glad Tom could make that decision. I think he would've gotten them both so hurt if they had ended up being twins, and that would just have been so, so sad.
So yes, in general I really liked this story, thank you so much for writing and sharing it with us :)
