Hahahahaahha I swear, this is going to be the biggest challenge from now on; RESISTING YOUR FIC.

This was so amusing, I'm trying not to giggle in the library lol.

This cracks me up every single time. LoL.

My favorite line in the entire story is : “Your hair has convinced David I’m in love with the bodyguard.” It took Nathalie approximately two seconds to process that statement and make the wise decision to flee the room.

I also like the whole convversation with Tom and Georg where Tom completely confuses poor little Georg. Then the follow-up where Georg is standing striaghter in the next interview and Tom's thought on tall bookends was great. I really enjoyed this and my dad thinks I am crazy because I was cracking up all over the place even though there was a very sad story about dogs on the TV.

Thanks for keeping me laughing even through sad abused dog newcasts.

Dialogue stories can be tricky to get right as the mood of the characters and the story require more creativity... and this one really gets it right! Nice to read a story with angst that makes you Lol.

Oh. My. God.

I was directed to you by Majestrix (and Little Muse too, I think? I don't know, they co-authored a story I reviewed) because lately, I've been devouring a fucktonne of these horrendously well-written, tragic, twisted, miserable stories that have been repeatedly breaking my heart, especially with the knowledge that breaking my heart was the best thing they could do. (In case you haven't guessed, I'm talking about the most probable ending to the "Hell" series, because even though they've been foreshadowing it since forever, it is still going to devastate me.)

So while explaining all of this in my review of "When Hell Freezes Over", I did something I really should do more often when reviewing stories that have turned me into a big ball of despair and tears, because my roommate can only do kleenex duty so often before it starts affecting her grades. I asked Majestrix for recommendations of authors who have stories I could read AFTER they devastate me with their super-sad, but extremely appropriate stories. (For example, I had NOTHING lined up after I finished "I Will Be" by knw, and I got a migraine from dehydration from all the crying I did. I don't cry when reading, EVER. That should be an official THF warning.)

However, I've read all of the top ten lists, most of the admin's stories, most of their favourites, and most of their favourite authors' stories. So making recommendations for me can be difficult.

So Majestrix gave me your name! I've seen Beast a few times before, and now I'm saving it for after a particularly sad story. And obviously, I just read this one, which is okay, because I finished "Desideratum" a few days ago and I haven't had ANYTHING to pick me up from that.

Firstly, the banner killed me. Banners are often pretty, but more the most part don't often contribute anything to the actual story experience. (I find them mostly helpful in recognizing which stories I've read before.) However, yours got me LOL'ing like a gremlin in my little hobbit-hole of a basement suite when I really should be studying physical chemistry. It hit me like an uppercut - I didn't see it coming, but then when it hit me, it broke my freaking jaw.

Next, I just feel like you were on a high from reading ONTD and the best of the snarky lolarious TH_apex members comments when you wrote this, because every single line is just so damn good. (OT, I squealed a little when I read Majestrix's recommendation of you, because I see you all over the apex, and you are one of those 'cool kids' members, and you also write wonderfully, so I felt a little starstruck.)

Everything: the twisting conversation with Georg, the "hottieguard" comment, the conclusion that Bill's hair told David that Tom was in love with said hottieguard - death. So. Damn. Good.

Have a fabulous day, because this little one-shot certainly made mine! (YEAH, you made my day despite the fact that I'm going to spend three hours doing insane math equations based on the kinetics of reactions and all of these gas laws and ohgod. Be proud.)

First, I have to say that I squealed a bit when you mentioned Majestrix recommending my stories--she's so amazingly talented that I'm beyond flattered to know she likes my silly stories. (I also completely agree with you about those devastating, but so well written stories--It's almost like I DON'T want to read them, because I know it's going to hurt, but I HAVE to, because they're amazing). It was also so nice to hear your comments on my banner--I've never been complimented on it before! The picture certainly fit the story, and it's so nice to hear that it was noticed!
