Now this. Was absolutly brilliant. Alice in Wunderland and Through the Lookingglass has always been favorite stories of mine, since even though they are cute and childish, there's this sinister feel to them as well that I really love. You caught that here, molded it and made it your own. Brilliant work. I will be pimping this out at TokioHotelSlash on LiveJournal in the future, mark me. :-D
Author's Response: *Deep blush* Wow um thanks. I'm a huge Wonderland fan myself so I tend to make a lot of allusions to it. After reading Through the Mirror, I just decided to have my own spin off of the whole 'madness caused by drugs' and this was it. I have another ending where Bill ends up mad but I dunno if I want to write it out. It may ruin the whole story.rnrnOmg, wow! Thanks! Now I'm flattered. Mind if I add you as a friend on livejournal? Bill is adorably naive, and Tom is definitely about to do some corrupting. The chaptertitle is also not correct, but if you want it to sound old and poetic, like the story in the link you postet (http://germanstories.vcu.edu/grimm/rot_dual.html) then it's okay (with a biiiit fantasy)

I think the beginning is interesting and I really want to read more. But be careful with the german expressions. The cover of the series is wrong,as welll as the chapter title.... I could help you out a bit, if you want me to.

just two things ...
First: The german title doesnt make sense. I think you mean: Ein Umhang aus Blut, ( A cape of blood ).
Second: Where do you have the traditionell fairy tale version (the last in the summary)? Because it isn't the traditionall german fairy tale but I like it xD
