Fantastic read! I very much enjoyed their 'courtship', through complications, and becoming a loving couple. They're so sweet!

So good! Am glad I read this. Your characters were pretty believable and lovable and I like how there was a sidestory with Tom's family issues. I'm incredibly pleased with the happy ending, haha. A really great read, thanks for sharing :D

I thought it couldn’t be more perfect…. I was wrong.
Their own club…. And this name, so telling about their relation and story.
There were ups and downs but Tom and Bill are so strong together this club will be a huge success…
And this wonderful fuck over the bar. What a better way to close this wonderful story. I couldn’t wait to have it, and I thought it never came! But the wait was fucking worth it!
This story was wondeful!!!!
Thank you so much for the good time I had reading!
Kiki

PS:
I'm doing some translations into french - I'm french!!!-
And I'd like to know if you would consider allowing me to translate this awesome story and maybe Informal Clash too (which I haven't read yet but I'm sure I will love it!!!)
Think about it and tell me if I can translate it.

New chapter, same old love…. Or should I say sex…. But without love they couldn’t be so fucking beautiful.

Bill is such a drama queen! Being lazy when Tom is working and being afraid of rain!!

And Ima and Georg are so much fun. You manage to write minor characters who truly enhance your plot without stealing the show.
But you make some fucking impressive moments, like the oven/sex phone one. Georg and Tom are useless!!

Tom is THE SHIT!!! He is Temperence’ s Motherfucker. But most important, now he can even be himself in there without fears and I’m sure it will rise the club’s popularity and his. This performance is one of his best by far… and not only for the way he ends in Bill’s arms to kiss!!

He is totally free, doesn’t care about people’s opinion anymore. He loves Bill and shows it to the world.
From now on, everything will be perfect!

The wakening is a bit weird for Tom. Almost surreal, but full of love and surprises. He knew Eve will be difficult but not THAT difficult.
The good thing is she’s not too disturbed by Georg’s girlfriend or by Bill, her brother’s boyfriend!! And she once more learns fast… how to infuriate his brother!!! Bill is right, Eve is a awful lot like Tom!

Familly’s gathering! It couldn’t have gone any better. And it’s funny to be recalled of their first encounter. Everything goes smoothly and with love.

Tom is unbelievable, he was so reluctant to “love” Bill, and now all he seems to think is SEX with Bill!!! It’s now so hot between them, with nothing to make Tom freak out.

Eve is a nightmare for her brothers…. But finally she’s a lot mature than they give her credits. She knows what she wants and unlike her brothers she still can have all. It’s a bit unfair for Jason and Tom but life is unfair…. The siblings will have each other no matter what and it’s a good thing. And maybe Eve would be able to- not change his mother’s mind about her sons- but to soften her…

Tom and Bill manage to turn such a trivial thing as painting into a sexual display. And the dirty talk…. It should be forbidden to be so hot!!! So fucking hot and beautiful the love they share.

Everything seems finally right. Tom is free, confident, in love and it’s mutual… and highly excited!!

I love Ima!!! And she lets us know that the separation was as harsh on Bill as on Tom.

Sara is a great friend, for them both. Ready to kick Tom’s ass for hurting Bill… And I’m sure she would do the same for Tom.

Tom has many hats, Drums??? I didn’t picture him like that but why not? And we can see he’s better, whole. Once more he’s true to his friends and they’re true to him. He never knew before that Sara has a Girlfriend!!

Tom and Bill together… they’re just perfect. They recreate their first dance, it’s cute, a perfect time without an hitch… Of course, Tom still has mini hesitations and panics but he ignore them to focus on the good of their relation.

Their night was almost compromised, with Eve in Tom’s bed… But this nest for their first time is so much better: cute, private, tender… perfect.
Tom is a bit hesitant, afraid but Bill guides him perfectly…. And it’s so hot yet so tender. It couldn’t have been better to sweep Tom’s fears away!

Oh my God! It’s fucking priceless!! Bill lured Tom with his own drink. Tom was so perturbed he didn’t recognize it!!! So good!!!

Eve learns fast how to stand up for what she wants and she terrorizes Georg and Tom.!!! I have the same opinion than them, it will be a problem when she go back home.

Tom wants to right his life…. He’s away from Bill but knows deep inside he will try to get him back. All he needs is time.

Brothers’reunion…. Jason’s wife was divorced, a mother, pregnant….. and black when they met her, no wonder Tom’s parents really freaked out!!!

Despite time and absence, the brothers still care and love each other, and what Jason tells Tom is a bit of hope for the younger. There’s a lot of explanations but Jason’s words are an epiphany for Tom. It’s about time. Bill and him were good from the start, it was real love!!! Tom finally accepts it IS LOVE!!!

Tom then rushes to Bill…I didn’t know what to expect about Bill’s reaction… Maybe anger but thanks God (no pun intended) there is humor to lift the mood before they talk. It’s not easy though. Bill has the right to be angry but Tom is finally true to him and it’s what Bill needed. They’re now together and ready to really be a couple, in every way.

Tom in the Palace, without fears or inhibitions….What a proof of love it will be!!! And what promesses holds this chapter for the future!!!!

What I feared happens. Tom is so upset that he rejects Bill. He’s hurt by what he lost but vents on the wrong person. He even doubts Bill’s love, denies what is between us and I think it’s the thing that hurts Bill the most.

Now Tom has nothing. He lost his family for a thing that he then rejected and denied. And now he’s hurt tenfold for gaining nothing.

Tom is hurt that Bill didn’t try to contact him, but all is his fault and he must do the first step to try and be forgiven….that’s if Bill is ready and willing to let him beg for forgiveness. He was truly on the edge and Tom would have to crawl on his knees.

Tom opens to Georg. There is a bit of good in all this chaos. Tom was held back to everybody about everything, now he has no reason to do it anymore, he was never true to his friends, now he can be.
Jason stood up for what he wanted, like Tom and like Tom he lost everything… but his love which is different for Tom who lost Bill.
Tom confides in Georg and it helps him to understand better what holds him back, but he should tell it to Bill.

I was truly surprised that Simone let Eve come…. Tom get his sister back when he had totally lost hope. Maybe things can improve. Tom was never true to his family too. Now he can really be himself, his two worlds collide, it’s a bit weird but would surely be good at the end

Bill has moved on!!! Really??? Or is it just a try to forget his broken heart? He could have done all those things sooner, but he did it when his love rejected him. If it’s not a rebound ting….
Will Tom move on too? He already decides to talk to his brother who was in a similar situation. Maybe it could help Tom to find peace and then get Bill back.

This chapter begins in a good way, there's a lot of tenderness, a bit of teasing, but they're really good together.... Until David fucks up this moment for them. Hiding is so hard for Bill, in a closet like T'om's dirty little secret. Tom deserves really a slap or two for this harsh situation he puts Bill in.

Bill is trully on the edge after that and Tom will have to stand firm from now and not fuck up if he doesn't want to loose Bill.
Hopefully, there's little ressentment but Bill give Tom a little payback nonetheless, letting him struggle with the gifts.

The so much dreaded moment.... in Tom's familly, it's so much different than the life he lives, there are so many lies. And I totally despite Tom's famill, they are so obtuse, intolerant and so many things that I can't tell them all!!! I really don't know how Tom coped with them for so many years.

Tom breaks down. It's surely a topic he often heard but now, this is PERSONNAL!! He says thruthes that were long overdue and looses a lot of things doing it. It's sad and Tom is sorry for his mother and Eve- but not his father?!?- but it's even sadder to know that Tom's outburst won't change a damn thing for them, they will never change and still be the same intolerant pricks, but maybe there is a possibility for Eve and Simone. Maybe loosing Tom after loosing Jason would be too much to overcome and be able to make their belives shift – mostly for Simone....

Tom flies to his safe haven, to Bill. He will really need Bill's love and understanding.
But I hope Tom won't be too upset. When he's like this, he always makes a mistake....

We learn more about Bill in this chapter. he has a good head on his shoulders, he has a lifetime plan, what Tom realise he has not. it brings back his fears about his futur and sexuality, and his bitterness when Bill is self-assured. But it doesn't make a break between us. And when they are in Highbury, the light banter comes back.

A pot-plant is an acceptable gift??? I wouldn't want to grow in Tom's familly. And no chocolate!!! I couldn't live without it!!

Tom doesn't fit in Bill's world but only because of his gangsta attitude. Otherwise, he fit perfectly in each part of his life and makes Bill hapyy. Makes them happy.

I can totally see a futur for them in Highbury...with vineyards, pond, dog.... love and sex!!!! A perfect recipe for happiness! Even if their little sexy time is a bit spoiled, they make up in the pond.

It's getting hotter and hotter between them, and Tom is less and less uneasy about sex...And they still haven't had sex!!! How hot will it be when the main event will occur!!!!!

And the chapter's end is full of promesses, not only for their night but for their future in general. Tom is ready to take great steps for them.

Even if Tom just finds out he could be gay, he surely is a drama queen because of the previous chapter. Hiding in his bed and avoiding everybody.... 100% Drama Queen.
Hopefully Bill isn't dupe, and confronts him. You soon dicover who really wears the ant in this relation.
We learn a bit more about Tom's familly. He finally confides in Bill, not much but it's how you see the progresses Tom makes for them.
So.... Tom's familly, it surely a bit unusual but now I understand why he freaks out so much about Bill and his attraction to him. It esxplain a lot about Tom's behavious. In such a familly, being homosexual is surely one of the worst thing. And it makes me wonder what Jason did to make Tom so afraid..

Bill wants to let Tom in his world. In Highbury, nobody will know Tom and it can't then make inconfortable.

Oh, I liked this shower. Tom begins to accpet their relationship with all it implies. A couple does sexual things and it's not one-sided. Tom goes past his fears, he does a lot of efforts but he doesn't feel « forced » to do so, like Bill was afraid. Tom slowly gets confortable with « being » with a man. Not any man, but Bill, it's the key fact. Tom learns fast how to please his man and he even enjoys it, he trully wants it, wants Bill – he already wants a woman anymore- but he's still not ready for the whole package....He takes baby steps but moves forward nonetheless.

The way Tom tortures Georg..... I had so much fun!!!!

We discover a very different Tom when it's about his sister.... So homosexuality and Tom's lifestyle are a problem and Tom lies to his familly about it. It's clear that he loves them but in the same time there's is a lot of hate and resentment in him. He lies... for his sake or theirs? Maybe both. But this situation is really difficult for brother and sister. It's interesting about Tom's personnality, even if it's more confusing. Tom's behaviour is as double than his thoughts.

Funny!!! Bill does really mess with Tom's bartender skills and head. It's understanding, seeing Bill in Temperence must be really hard for him, a disturbing mix of high fears and arousal.... with a touch od jealousy that Bill knows how to create.

Bill is ver naughty, he really knows Tom and how to provoke him. It's a payback for the girl in the previous chapter...... But Tom knows as well to provoke Bill. His own payback is well percformed. I think they're right to call it even before it slips out of control..... They know they want the other, now it's clear and they assume their desire.

Their second sexy time together is a bit kinky. In an almley where anybody can see them....It's risky for Tom, but then doing it is a big step . Seeing Bill taking some pleasure didn't disgute him. In contrary he was excited, he slowly allows himself to desire another man, to really desire Bill.. And he's not afraid to admit it, but he will need more time to give it back to Bill.

Especially if his reputation always comes between Bill and him... and this time it's Sara who makes it come back to ruin everything. She is a regular at The Palace....And Tom is afraid of what she and all people would think of his homosexuality. Even if he's says he's not religious, someone close to him must be to have such an influence on Tom....His familly is the surest hypothesis.
How Tom will cope with Sara after that???? With the rest of the world???? Wait and see.

Things have moved forward a little between Tom and Bill. Our straight bartender is a bit more secure about what he feels for Bill.... until once more his straight reputation comes back thanks to Will. The date between Tom and Bill will surely be more different than what either plans. Different in a bad way, I fear...

Tom is so nervous for Bill to come in his appartment- and Georg overdoes it- but once more, it's trully cute!

Bill doesn't ask a thing and he is so understanding towards Tom and his problems- familly is really the issue Tom doesn't manage to face. Because Bill sees that Tom really try...with the kisses they share and their entwined hands...

They really are good together... only when they're alone. Once the outside world comes back, things change, and not for the better.

Tom and Bill together behind a bar, that view alone makes it a great chapter! They must try it more often!!!

When I said, Tom's actions with the girl in the previous chapter would come back to bite him in the ass, I didn't think it would be so fast. I'm sorry for Bill.... Seeing a girl all over his boyfrind and being call only « a friend », it's a bit cruel. And I understand that he can't take it anymore to be Tom's dirty little secret.... But Tom is s opathetic in his uncertainty.

Bill' anger takes a interesting way to express itself. I thought he will go and leave Tom, but this is way better, I love it!! and Tom loves it too!!!!

Everything seems to be alright but I think Tom must be careful not to push Bill too far, there is so much he can take and Tom is so prompt to fuck up that it's dangerous for them.

Tom admits he wants Bill, ok but now he has to assume it in front of the world in order for them to move forward in their relationship... But it's the hardest thing for Tom and I'm not sure he will have the strength to do so....

Bill left a deep mark on Tom. I don't know if he did it on purpose – He would have wanted to do it, he wouldn't have done it differently- but the cocktail he served Tom put him off balance.

We learn a few things about Jason. SO he is Tom' brother who fucked up..... But How???? A answer that leads to more questions....

Tom can't take it anymore. He needs to see Bill, ofr a pretty lame excuse but want to see him nonetheless. He goes to the Bronze Palace on his own!!!!!! What a very strong proof he really care about Bill. But Bill won't let him have it easyly. If Tom really want him, he will have to fight to get him!!

Bill totally understands how Tom works, even if he hasn't all the puzzle's pieces. Tom's familly has something to do with his reputation, but how????

The effect Tom has on Bill is as strong as the one Bill has on Tom. Despite the troubles they face, neither wants to let the other go, God knows Bill could have a lot of reasons to do so.

They get to know each other. Tom really wants to, but he's easily sidetracked by Bill's good looks. He wants desesperately to let go and trully be with Bill, but there's always something to pull him back. Bill understands that, for now he accepts to be patient. It will be difficulty for him but he accepts...for how long????

Count on Tom and Georg to be late on such a important day.... But their chat in the car is very intersting. Tom admits to find a guy hot, not any guy...Bill... But he still only cares for his reputation...

The wedding goes smoothly for Dante and Andreas... Not so smoothly for Tom. He holds on his « I'm not gay » in front of Bill, but Bill doesn't take it. He keeps coming and confronting Tom, getting results but that are more confusing
Who is Jason???? Who is he for Tom to have such a hold back on the bartender?

The first kiss between Tom and Bill... I didn't expect it since Tom was being such a fool. But the kiss is heated and beautiful.... until Tom thinks about what is doing! If I could, I would smack him!!!!
He looses Bill once more but this time, it will be harder for him to apologize. Will Bill be willing to give him a chance to do so? Will Tom even want to have this chance? Strong headed as he is, maybe not....

Tom wants to forget what he did, to forget Bill.... But deep down he knows it's a mistake. However he doesn't make a thing to fix this situation, On the contrary he hooks up with a girl.... This surely will come back to bite him in the ass.

With friends like Georg, Tom almost doesn't need ennemies.... And the more he holds on his reputation, the more he makes a fool of himself, even in his own thoughts.... But it's somewhat cute!

Tom says he « loves gays », has gay friends but he has a problem to be seen with them even when he is the best man for a future gay wedding!!!!! It's impossible to be more paradoxal than that. People can be gay but not him!!!!!!Tom seems to be afraid to « taste the gay side » and to not be able to go back afterwards... He says it's wrong.... It almost appears to be religious bullshit. Is that it? He's religious? There a lot of « god » references.

Tom, or how fuck up even more when you want to apologize..... Bill is surely messing with his head, for Tom to say such a thing to a guy. « Tip him over the bar and take him from behind » Is it a fanstasm or a premonition? I hope for the latter

Bill is a manipulattive little thing! He acts the right way to provoke and attract Tom, playing with his reputation to achieve his goal. He surely knows Tom, not personally before this night but how he thinks and acts, that's interesting...

When they are together on the dance floor....it's hot!!!! .Well, when Tom lets go his fears and enjoy the dance. It takes only the right person to achieve that. But there's still an hesitation and it causes him to «loose» Bill. But it's just the beginning of this story, Tom will probably have a lot of times and occasions to get Bill back.... or to fuck up once more and for good.

One thing is sure though, Bill disturbes deeply the straight bartender Tom.

First of all.... I must say it's the first time I can read a fiction about bartenders, but I think this plot is really innovating!

I have the feeling Tom's reputation will be a real problem in this story. He holds thightly on it, maybe even too thightly. I wonder how long he will be able to preserve it and why he's so determined to keep it.

You managed to create a real surrouding with Temperence's atmosphere. It perfectly fits Tom, it's his world, with bottles, girls and his guitare but his world nonetheless. He doesn't want to shake or loose it in anyway.

Tom is a bit complicated: he has gay friends- really good friends- but has a lot of prejudices about gays. I think Georg is almost right; maybe Tom fears he can be converted, but why is this idea so disturbing for him?

And the worst: he is immediately attracted by Bill... And even when he learns Bill is a guy, he can't help but still be attracted. It's a classic stituation but always effective to begin a story. Let's see how Tom will handle this, see if his reputation is enough to push him to smooth things with Bill. It won't be easy for him.... But terribly entertaining for me.
