That they always work as a team kind of made me think of Old-School A-Team, and made me love them so much more for it. Wonderful depiction of desperation on the other side of things!
Gustav kissing Georg into submission is a lovely image in my mind. Thank you for sharing it :)
That last bit, though. I really love the guardian spirits in this quadrilogy. It makes everything seem more real, funny enough. More viceral and important. It closed so beautifully.
Author's Response:
the set wasn't feeling finished to me... not Until Tobi and Saki were able to tell me WHY they didn't think Gerog was nuts.. adn Why they were so stressed out about finding him again..
rnrn
thank you :)

I KNEW IT... But it... Okay, not quite how I thought, but GAH. WOW. Just... Wow. My words are failing me for the wow. WOW.

Author's Response:
tripped right over him...

most of my OC's have a least a hint of a real person behind them.. and Bree is one with more than most... but unless you go out adn have Las Crusis EMS pick you up you aren't likely to ever meet her inspiration

Aw, so pretty. I love the reactions of everyone, Tobi's... when Tom cried... Gustav not wanting to leave Georg's bedside. Very lovely and as descriptive as the others. I loved it!

Author's Response:
security people develop an oddly close relationship with thier charges, even ones they can't stand personally... and in this case when you like your charge the sense of failure is even worse. With Tom it was just everything letting go at last, he'd been the strong one, and now didn't have to be strong anymore.
I'm thrilled people are still reading and enjoying this :)

I really love your style. And just the general plotline. Very original and very believable. I loved your original characters and the little things you added that made the situation seem more real. Like the dogs liking Gustav and other things like that. Very nice!
-BRE
Author's Response:
some of the details are from spending time inthat part of the world, and being good friends with EMS people... search dogs are a special breed regardless of what is on thier official papers and thier handlers thend to pay close attention to people they especially like or dislike...
GLad you enjoyued the read enough to review not once but twice :)

Haha, I read this all backwards XD Now, we're making a little more sense. Poor boy, I read a CSI story like this, one time. Great plot!
Author's Response: reading it backwards I bet was confusing as hell... I don't think I left enough there in the backtracking for POV purposes for it to make sensernrnThank you
